Welcome and thank you for visiting my practice.
My experience as a people leader taught me to listen closely, encourage growth, and support others through busy professional lives. I came to appreciate how people often balance many responsibilities, expectations, and pressures. That awareness drew me toward psychotherapy, where I now support clients with depth, compassion, and understanding.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I obtained my Master of PsychoSpiritual Studies from the University of Toronto.
I work with adults ready for the steady, intentional work of understanding complex trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and other deeply rooted dynamics that get in your way. This is therapy for people committed to long-term healing.
I draw from psychodynamic, psycho-spiritual, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and narrative approaches in my work. I offer virtual sessions to individuals across Ontario, with availability for evening and weekend hours.
If this way of working resonates with you, I invite you to book a free consultation.
